Ali Al A’ali has been re-elected board chairman of the A’ali Charity Society.
Hassan Al A’ali has been elected vice-chairman, Hussain Al A’ali secretary and Abdulrasool Al A’ali treasurer.
Salman Al A’ali was elected living services committee chairman, Mohammed Mohsin vocational training and student support committee chairman and Khadija Al Amm woman and orphans’ care committee chairwoman.
Mohammed Al A’ali was elected public relations, information and communications committee chairman, Zuhair Al Sitri financial resources committee chairman and Nader Al A’ali community development committee chairman.
The 10-member board was elected remotely during the society’s biannual meeting.
Board members have been urged to present their plans for the two-year term before Eid Al Fitr.
The group was formed three decades ago as an authorised charity fund with limited social tasks before turning into a society 12 years ago.
