Bahrain’s Royal Guards expedition team achieved a major feat as they scaled the summit of Mount Everest.
The 16-member team led by Shaikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Khalifa conquered the world’s highest mountain and unfurled the Bahrain flag.
“ The team have just reached the summit and received a call from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa,” the Bahrain Everest team posted on its Instagram account.
