The Supreme Council for Environment (SCE) developed its service for requesting permits to import chemicals subject to the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC).
Under the enhanced service, the processing time has been reduced from 20 working days to five, the number of required documents by 50 per cent, and the service-level agreement timeframe by 25pc.
The service has also achieved 100pc digital transformation, alongside improvements to the user interface and experience, simplified procedures and upgraded systems.
