Solidarity Bahrain, one of the largest insurance companies in the kingdom and a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, has been named ‘Best Digital Transformation Company Bahrain 2026’ by the World Business Outlook Awards.
The recognition reflects the company’s sustained investment in digital innovation and its commitment to deliver seamless, customer-centric insurance solutions.
Over the past several years, Solidarity Bahrain has continued to advance its digital agenda, making insurance services more accessible, efficient, and responsive. The company has significantly expanded its online insurance portal, allowing customers to conveniently purchase a wide range of products — including motor, home, travel, domestic helper, and smart device insurance — quickly and securely, without the need to visit a branch.
A key milestone has been the introduction of AI-powered vehicle inspection technology, which has fully replaced physical inspections across new policy underwriting, lapsed policy renewals, and motor claim garage inspections. Customers can now complete these inspections digitally rather than in person, helping reduce turnaround time while maintaining accuracy and consistency throughout the process.
The company also continues to invest in the ongoing enhancement of its digital ecosystem, including Solidarity Drive, its telematics-based safe driving rewards programme, alongside the introduction of new features and continuous improvements designed to enhance customer experience.
