BAHRAIN has taken a step forward in implementing its universal health insurance programme, with the signing of a key deal to ensure the sustainability of health coverage to foreign nationals.
The Supreme Council for Health has signed an agreement with Aon Insurance Company in this regard, its president Lieutenant General Dr Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdulla Al Khalifa said yesterday .
