ONE of Bahrain’s largest insurance companies has been honoured for its commitment to the industry and customers.
Solidarity Bahrain, a subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, has been awarded the ‘Best Motor Insurance Provider in Bahrain 2023’ by the World Economic Magazine.
Solidarity embarked on a series of initiatives aimed at digitising the motor experience to streamline all processes seamlessly across various engagement channels.
“We are honoured to receive this coveted award and grateful for the recognition of our efforts to provide the best motor insurance services to our valued customers,” Solidarity chief executive Jawad Mohammed said, in a statement.

The company also noted that its digital transformation strategy had improved operational efficiency, as shown in its recently launched claims unit aimed to streamline all processes digitally, for an elevated claims experience.
“Through leveraging technology and innovative digital solutions, the company aims to provide a simplified and user-friendly insurance journey, ensuring a prompt and hassle-free experience,” Mr Mohammed added.
The World Economic Magazine Awards are presented to organisations and individuals from growing industries and recognises work that has significantly contributed to their respective fields.
