Haseena Nishad, managing director of a UAE company, posted a video of her husband and business owner, Nishad Hussain, inviting employees to choose from a table filled with wrapped gift boxes.

Employees opened their gifts one by one, with some delighted to reveal iPhones and others finding chocolates inside.
The business owners then surprised the workers who received chocolates by handing them brand-new iPhones as well.
